L.R. Stephenson

Mr. L.R. “Steve” Stephenson, age 85, of Dalton passed away Monday May 7, 2007 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Ina Carter Stephenson and a brother, Robert Stephenson.
Steve is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Gerald Wayne & Bong Stephenson and Harold & Kay Stephenson all of Dalton.
Brothers, Wilford Stephenson of Columbus, Ga. and Calvin Stephenson of Headland, Al.
Grandchildren, Anthony Stephenson, Robert Martin Stephenson II, L.R. Stephenson II, Tina Marie Stephenson Witcher, Stephen Stephenson, Robert Byron Stephenson, Heather Wynn Stephenson Defoor and Joel Ian Stephenson.
Eight Great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Thursday at 1 P.M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Pastor Gary Evans officiating.
Burial will follow in the West Hill cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 until 9:30 P.M. from Love Funeral Home.
