Leona Freylach

Mrs. Leona West Freylach, 78, of Dalton, passed away Thursday June 23, 2011 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late Carl and Addie Jones West and was preceded in death by her husband, David Freylach; son Butch Freylach; brothers, Ray West and Carl West ; sisters, Blanch Chitwood and Gladys Mashburn.
Leona is survived by her daughter-in-law, Linda Freylach; grandchildren, Melissa and Terry Duckworth, Sy and Ashley Martin; great-grandchildren, John Daniel Ball, Taylor Keller, John Martin and Ada Martin; sister Katherine Stancell; nieces and nephews, Marlene and Tommy Ragan, Diane and James Thomas, Glenda and Mike Mirabella, Ronnie Stansell, Carol Smith, Betty Cline, Ellen Young, Jeff and April West; great nieces and great nephews, great-great niece and great-great nephew.
Funeral services will at 1 P.M. Saturday from Unity Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Marlin officiating.
Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Unity Baptist Church on Saturday from 10 A.M. til the funeral hour at 1 P.M.
Leona asks that flowers be omitted and memorials be made to Unity Baptist Church, 1008 Burleyson Rd. Dalton, GA. 30720.
