Mr. V. C. Rolen, 81, of Dalton, Passed away Thursday August 4, 2011 at his residence.
He was the son of the late, Clarence Rolen, Sr. and Dessie Sanford Rolen and was preceded in death by his brothers, Jackie Rolen, Bobby Rolen and Clarence Rolen, Jr.; sister, Wanda Rolen Smith.
V. C. is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Bobbie and Jerry Barnes of Dalton; sons and daughter-in-law, Randall and Carolyn Rolen and Phil Rolen all of Ringgold; brothers and sisters-in-law, Duane and Mary Rolen of Tunnel Hill, Bill and Dorothy Rolen of Florida; sisters and brother-in-law, Jean Rolen of Dalton and Sue and Boyd Wooten of Ringgold; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 11 A. M. Saturday at West Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Frank Laster officiating.
