Alvin Roberson

Mr. Alvin Roberson, 51, of Resaca, passed away August 29, 2011 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his father Marshie Roberson; grandparents, Roy and Daisy Roberson and John and Cloe Muse; brothers, Ronny Roberson and Herbert Roberson.
Alvin loved the outdoors he loved to fish and was a Nascar fan, he also love to restore old cars.
He was a loving husband, daddy, son, brother and paw paw.
Alvin is survived by his wife, Lynn Rowe Roberson of Resaca; beautiful daughter, Lacie Roberson of Resaca; mother, Norma Jean Roberson of Resaca; step-son, John Dempsey of Chatsworth; sisters and brothers-in-law, Virginia and Dan Howland of Nashville, TN., Elaine Mcree of Resaca and Melissa and Randy Grooms of Chatsworth; brother, Danny Roberson of Resaca; grandchildren, Paige Dempsey, Keiley Dempsey; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home
with the Rev. Clyde Richmond and the Rev. David Peeler officiating.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Wednesday from 5 to 9 P.M.
