Dorothy Bryant

Mrs. Dorothy Ruth Gladstone Bryant, 80, of Dalton, departed this life Friday, July 6, 2007 at her home.
Dorothy was born February 2, 1927, in Greenville, N.C., daughter of the late Leroy and Icy Elks Gladstone and she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Seth C. Bryant, Sr.
She was a member of The Lighthouse Family Worship Center of Dalton.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Linda King and her husband, Michael of Dalton, Seth C. Bryant, II. of Chattanooga, Tn., Joseph L. Bryant of Long Island, N.Y., Nell Bryant Vaughn of Dalton, and step-daughter, Peggy Bryant Manis of Fairfield, Ca.
Grandchildren, Memoree Joelle-Scott and husband Richard of Brooklyn, N.Y., Alexandra Morris of Atlanta, Jonathan Bryant and Tiffany Bryant of Seirverville, Tn.
Nieces and nephews.
Services will be Sunday at 4 P.M. from the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike King officiating.
Burial will follow at Whitfield Memorial Gardens with a White Dove release to conclude the service.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Saturday from 6 to 9 P.M.
