Betty Guess Dean

Mrs. Betty Guess Dean, 81, of Dalton, died Sunday, July 8, 2007 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl William Dean; parents, John Simon Guess and Willie Mae Guess; brother, Ott Guess.
Betty is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dianne and Terry Whitt of Dalton; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Pamela Dean of Red Boiling, Tn.;
sisters and brother-in-law, Lois Pell of Ellijay, Jean Usher of Dalton, Violet and Billy Wilson of Marietta, Mozelle Guess of Chatsworth and Edna Nix of Kennesaw; brother and sister-in-law, John L. and Inez Guess of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Stacy Whitt, Jamie Whitt and Michael Davis Dean; great-grandchild, Brooke Baines; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Tuesday at 2:30 P. M. at the Unity Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Marlin officiating.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Love Funeral Home Tuesday from 11 A. M.
to 2 P. M.
