Ms. Annie Ruth Mooney, 68, of Dalton, passed away Saturday October 22, 2011 at her home with her loving family by her side.
She was preceded in death by her companion of 48 years, James E. Hurley; brothers, Randall and LeeRoy Mooney; father, J.B. Mooney; sister, Cathy Mooney and great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Lynn Hurley.
Ms. Mooney is survived by her mother, Eula Mae Mooney of Cleveland, Tenn.; daughters and son-in-law, Loretta Lynn Smith and Kim and Ray Young all of Dalton; son and daughter-in-law, John and Roxie Hurley of Cleveland, Tenn.; seven grandchildren and 1 great-grandson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Raymond and Linda Mooney of Toccoa, Ga, David Mooney of Clayton, Ga. and Kenneth and Lauren Mooney of Calhoun; sisters and brother-in-law, Karen and Johnny Driggans of Dalton and Carol Mooney of Crandall; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 12 noon in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Clayton Brown officiating.
Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Tuesday from 10 A.M. to
12 noon
