Linda "Jane" Herbel

Mrs. Jane Herbel, 89, of Dalton, Ga., formerly of East Point, Ga., died on Sunday, November 27, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Alvin Herbel. Jane was the daughter of the late H.W. and Ina Stover Kendall. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Nema “Sissy” Kendall; and, a brother, Kenneth Kendall.
Jane is survived by her brother, Wylie Kendall of Dalton, Ga; nephews and wives, Larry and Ann Kendall; Kenneth and Emily Kendall; and nieces Joyce Kendall, and Julie Kendall.
A special thank you to Mary Mealer, for all of the love and care she gave to Jane, especially during the last months of her life.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m., in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Reverend Dewey Boyd officiating.
Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Tuesday,
from 5 to 8 p.m.
