John Patrick Bruner

Mr. John Patrick Bruner, 19, of Dalton, Ga., passed away suddenly Saturday,
August 4, 2007 in Chattanooga, Tn.
He was a 2006 graduate of Dalton High School, where he was Captian of his cross-country regional championship team; was an Eagle Scout and was attending Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Ga.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Denis Grimes in 2001.
John is survived by his loving family, parents, Greg and Margie Bruner of Dalton;
sister, Megan Bruner and brother, Andrew Bruner both of Dalton; grandparents, Patricia Grimes Smith and E. Wayne Smith of Nashville, TN., John and Lois Bruner of Winchester, TN.; aunts and uncles, Kathleen and Luis Chau of Chicago, IL., Denis and Melissa Grimes of Jackson, TN., James and Vellisse Grimes of Miami, FL., John Grimes of Knoxville, TN., Cindy and Miles Springer of Port Ochard, WA., Diane and Michael Hoover of Manchester, Tn., cousins, Ellen Grimes and Laura Grimes both of Jackson, Amanda Grimes and Austin Grimes of Knoxville, Victoria Chau and Rebecca Chau of Chicago, Olivia Grimes of Miami, Logan Stec of Port Ochard, Daniel Hoover, Christopher Hoover and McKenna Hoover all of Manchester; special friends, Alison Woodworth, Devon and Tommy Brooks all of Dalton.
Services will be Wednesday at 10:30 A. M. at the St. Joseph’s Catholic church with Father Dexter Brewer and Father J. D. Triujillo officiating.
Burial will follow in Popular Springs Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Love Funeral Home Tuesday from 5 to
8 P. M.
