Viola Hayes

Mrs. Viola Irene Burch Hayes, 90, of Dalton, passed away, Thursday, August 9, 2007.
She was born December 9, 1916 to the late Charles and Lillie Brookshire Burch and was preceded in death by her husband, L. D. Hayes, Sr.; sons, L. D. Hayes, Jr., and Charles Hayes; daughter Rhoda Hayes Roberson; sister, Eva Mae Wolfe; brothers, Odell Burch, Ivan Burch, and James Burch.
Viola was a lifelong member of the Dalton Second Baptist Church.
She is survived by her Grandchildren, Chris Hayes and David Hayes both of Alabama, Andrew and Cecile Roberson of Powder Springs, Ga.; Great-Grandchildren, Chloe and Sabrina Roberson; sisters, Opal Defore of Dalton, Dimple Casey of Doraville, GA., Minnie Kittles of Jacksonville, Fl.; brothers, Earl Burch of Jacksonville, Fl., Henry Burch of Port Richey, Fl.
Special friends at Ridgewood Manor Nursing Home and caregivers.
Services will be Saturday at 11 A. M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Wood officiating.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Friday from 5 to 8 P. M.
