James "Jim" Stuard

Mr. James “Jim” Stuard, 55, of Dalton, passed away Monday March 12, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Doug Evans; brother-in-law, Art McKenzie and his step-father-in-law, Steve Kelly.
Jim was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church and loved to ride his Harley motorcycle, boating at Carters Lake, camping with his family and car shows.
Jim is survived by his wife, Tonya Spann Stuard of Dalton; daughter, Ashley Stuard and son, Nick Stuard both of Dalton; mother, Alice Evans of Pine Top, AZ; sister, Debbie McKenzie of Cottonwood, AZ; sister-in-law, Sherrie Kelso of Chatsworth; father-in-law, Neil Spann of Dalton; mother-in-law, Elaine Kelly of Dalton; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at Pine Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Brandan Chastine officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Church on Thursday from 3 p.m. to the funeral hour at 6 p.m.
