Aileen Gillilan Howard

Mrs. Aileen Gillilan Howard, 80, of Dalton, passed away Monday, September 10, 2007 in Hamilton Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late, Carl and Allie Metcalf Gillilan and was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Howard, Jr. Alieen was a life-long member of Dalton First Baptist Church and was in the Faith Sunday School Class; she was also a long time employee of the WEE-LEARN School at the Church. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Terry Ross of Dalton; sons and daughters-in-law, Ernie and Cindy Howard of Chickamauga, Jeff and Krisie Howard of Dalton; Grandchildren, J. Tyson “Ty” and Jennifier Ross, Kara and Mark Cook, Seth and Meagan Ross, Jaime Ross, Brent Howard, Chris Howard, Lindsay Howard, and Brandon Howard; Great-Grandchildren, James Ross, George Ross, Jenny Cook, and Beau Ross; Cousins also survive. Services will be at 11 A.M. Thursday in the chapel of Dalton First Baptist Church with the Dr. Bill Wilson, the Rev. Phillip Cannon and the Rev. Larry Flanagan officiating. Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Wednesday from 5 to 9 P.M.
