Dorothy Waters

Mrs. Dorothy “Dot” Pritchard Waters, 90, of Dalton, passed away Friday, September 14, 2007 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Willard Bailey and Frank Gordy.
Dot is survived by her husband, Franklin Waters of Dalton; daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and Eddie Mitchell of Ormond Beach, Fl.; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Lynn Bailey of Cohutta; grandchildren, Missy and Kelly Nichols of Central Asia, Laura and Kenny Wilson of Tunnel Hill, Matthew Bailey and Shannon Bailey both of Cohutta; great-grandchildren, Daria Nichols, Katelyn Nichols and Jacob Nichols; many special nieces and nephews.
Services will be Sunday at 3 P.M. at Grove Level Baptist Church with Dr. Charlie Bridges officiating.
Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Saturday from 6 to 8 P.M.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to Grove Level Baptist Church, 2802 Cleveland Hwy., Dalton, Ga. 30721.
