Hugh Clay King

Mr. Hugh Clay King, 76, of the Dawnville Community, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012 at his residence. He was the son of the late Ulyess King and Laurence Lotspeich King and was preceded in death by his brothers, Gib Ray King, Ed King, Freeman King, Gilford King, John King, Robert King And Kenneth King; sister, Eloise Alred.
Clay is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Ida Gilbert King of Dawnville; daughter, Susan King Baumgardner of Dalton; grandson, Michael Patrick Howell of Dalton; brother, Thomas Dorsey King of Plantation, FL; cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 P.M. from the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Wood officiating. Burial will follow in the Dawnville Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Monday from 5 to 9 P.M..
