Charlie Mitchell

Mr. Charlie “Joe” Mitchell, 79, of Dalton, went to be with the Lord, Monday, October 8, 2007 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was the son of the late, Charlie and Ethel Mitchell and was preceded in death by his sister Cecil Lowman.
Joe worked for Art-Rich for 33 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Loutrelle Weeks Mitchell of Dalton; daughters and sons-in-law, Jolane and Dan Vickers of Villanow, GA., Charlotte and Hill Eaton of Dalton; son, Jerome Mitchell of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, Hubert and Frances Mitchell of Dalton; grandchildren, Zach Callahan of Villanow and Lee Mitchell of East Ridge, TN.; great-grandchildren, Dakota Mitchell, Ethan Mitchell and Hannah Mitchell; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Thursday at 4 P. M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. John Souther and the Rev. Scott Shepard officiating.
Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Love Funeral Home Thursday from 3 to 4 P. M.
