Ray L. Morgan

Mr. Ray L. Morgan, 82, of Dalton, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2007. He was the son of the late, Earl and Lucy Smith Morgan and was preceded in death by his brother, Harold Morgan.
Ray is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Jeanette Bartenfeld Morgan of Dalton; daughters and sons-in-law, Dianne and T. J. Hardie of Williamsburg, VA., Karen and David Montgomery of Dalton, Darlene and Ricky Guinn of Cohutta; son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Lisa Morgan of Chatsworth; brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Marlene Morgan of Jackson, GA., Paul and Martha Morgan of Calhoun; sisters-in-law, Virginia Bartenfeld and Stella Lankford; grandchildren, Jeff Corbin, Rebecca Friddell, Chad Guinn, Hunter Guinn and Marisa Morgan; great-grandchildren, Conner Friddell, Logan, Haley and Wolf; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11 A.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Tomberlin officiating and American Legion Post #112 conducting military services.
Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
