Barbara Day Smith

Mrs. Barbara Day Smith, 73, of Dalton, passed away, Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late, H. W. Day and Pearl Taylor and was preceded in death by her husband, A. W. Smith in 1992.
Barbara is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Stacey and Richard Taylor of Franklin, TN.; sons and daughters-in-law, Chris and Chrissie Smith, Danny and Laura Smith and Mark Smith all of Dalton; grandchildren, Lacey and Bryan Hall, Haley Smith, Nathan Smith, Landon Smith, Lane Smith, Caleb Smith, Carson Smith, Alex Taylor, Abby Taylor and Anna Beth Taylor; half-sister, Lorraine Thompson ; great-uncle, Mack Jackson of Chatsworth, GA.; great-aunt and uncle, Juanita and John Coffey of Murray Co.
Services will be Friday at 2 P.M. at the Central Church of Christ with Ronnie Missildine, Roger Coffman, Ross Jordan and Jerrie Barber officiating. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. at Central Church of Christ. The family request flowers be omitted and memorials made to the, Central Church of Christ Building Fund, P.O. Box 1201, Dalton, GA. 30722-1201.
