Ernest Hendricks

Mr. Ernest Hendricks, 69, of Dalton, passed away, Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at his residence. He was the son of the late, Carl and Mae Patton Hendricks and was preceded in death by his brother, J. C. Hendricks. Ernest was a member of Highland Church of Christ, he was a loving husband, father and pawpaw.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Christine Stanley Hendricks of Dalton; daughter and son-in-law, Damaris and Floyd Byers of Chatsworth; sisters and brother-in-law, Viola and Ernest Roberson of Dalton, Verssie Cooper of Cohutta; brother and sister-in-law, Jessie and Annette Hendricks of Tunnel Hill; grandchildren, Lacey Abel, Brandon Byers and Heather Byers; great-grandchildren, Michaela Byers and Jocey Byers; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday at 11 A. M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Barry Gilreath and Roger Mackenzie officiating.
Burial will be in Stanley Cemetery in Fannin County.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Thursday from 4 to 9 P.M.
