Star Cashon Vining

Mrs. Star Cashon Vining, 88, of the Dawnville Community, Dalton passed away Monday, November 5, 2012 at the home of her daughter, Chris Cole.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. “JR” Vining, Jr. in 2000.
Star is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Chris and Lawrence Cole of Dalton, Robin and Don Thompson of Dalton; sons and daughter-in-law, Charles F. Vining, III of Dalton, Milton and Carolyn Roberts of Rocky Face; sisters, Hula Henton of Dalton and Mary Boyd of Gainesville, GA; grandchildren, Cali Cole, Caz Cole, Jeff Cole, Josh Cole, Jason Phillips, Kyle Phillips Hughes, Derek Roberts and Misha Roberts; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews also survive.
Private graveside services were held and burial followed in the Dawn Rest Cemetery.
The family ask that flowers be omitted and memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
