Miss Marguerite Whitehurst Clement

Miss. Marguerite Whitehurst Clement, 85, of Dalton, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late, Jesse Irvin Clement and Maggie Whitehurst Clement and was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, John McNeill.
She is survived by her sisters and brother-in-law, Irene and Jimmy Boykin of Oxford, NC., Ethel McNeill of Lemon Springs, NC.; nieces and nephews, Scott McNeill and Karen, Steven McNeill and Kathy all of Lemon Springs, NC. Marguerite is survived locally by her special nephew and his family, Lee, Rhonda, and Grover “G. L.” Joseph all of Dalton; four great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 A. M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenny Bailey and the Rev. Joel Southerland officiating. Burial will follow in Stuart-McFarland Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Tuesday after 5 P.M.
