Henry G. Scott

Mr. Henry G. Scott, 77, of Dalton, passed away, Monday February 4, 2008 at Alvin C. York, V. A. Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN.
He was the son of the late, Grady and Cora Jones Scott and was preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Scott Stephenson. Henry was a veteran of the United States Armed Forces having served in the United States Navy and the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Henry is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Tracey and Lee Holsomback of Ringgold; grandchildren, Cody Herron, Trevor Herron, Ali Holsomback and Amy Holsomback; sisters and brother-in-law, Claudell Hagan, Lorene and Joe Woodring all of Dalton; nieces and nephews; and his pet, Little Buddy Killer.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Chuck Clark officiating.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery with American Legion Post # 112 in charge of graveside rites.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Tuesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
