Louise Manis

Mrs. Louise Higdon Manis, 71, of Dalton, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late Creed and Nellie Payne Higdon and was preceded in death by her daughter Tammy Green.
Louise is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Scott Manis and Danny and Tammy Manis; daughter Melinda Manis; son-in-law Ricky Green all of Dalton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Sharron Higdon of Dalton, Jimmy and Linda Higdon of Tunnel Hill and Grady and Ola Higdon of Tunnel Hill; grandchildren, Jordan Manis, Madison Manis, Chaya Drury, Chase Drury, Blake Manis, Ryan Guinn, Gabby Guinn, Molly Priest and James Green; great-grandchildren, Grayer Guinn and Brooklyn Green; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Dixon and Matt Higdon officiating.
Burial will be in Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Thursday from 4 p.m. til the funeral hour at 7 p.m.
