Mr. Tommy L. Dixon, 62, of Dalton, passed away Friday, January 18, 2012 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by is father, Wallace Dot Dixon; and all of is Aunts and Uncles.
Tommy loved spending time with his family and loved hunting and motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Van-Allman Dixon of the residence; mother Eda Dixon; sons and daughter-in-law, Eric Dixon, J.B. and Kathy Dixon all of Dalton, Johnny Matthews Jasper, TN; daughters and son-in-law, Crystal Dixon Patterson and Rex of Dalton, Amanda Henry of Jasper, TN and Chasity and Austin Wileman of Ocoee, Tn; sisters and brothers, Earlene Higgins, Henry (Charlotte) Bruchfield and Mary Ellis all of Dalton, Jo Young and Martha (Tom) Jones all of Loundon, KY, 17 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; mother and father-in-law, Jenny and Phillip Van-Allman, of South Pittsburgh, TN., sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Joyce and Cub Culbertson of East Ridge, TN, Christy Van-Allman of Chattanooga, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Tammy Van-Allman of Jasper, Tn; special friend, H. B. Steinbeck of Dalton; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. Monday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Stacy Hensley officiating.
Burial will follow in Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery (Lake Frances Rd.) with American Legion Post #112 in charge of graveside rites.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m.
