Bobby Charles Moses

Mr. Bobby Charles Moses, 80, of Dalton, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Barnes Moses and his sister, Sylvia Moses Schoel.
Bobby graduated from the University of Alabama and obtained his masters from Birmingham Southern. He served as a First Lieutenant in the US Army from 1954 - 1956 in Fairford England and afterwards in the Army Reserves. He was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church.
He is survived by his daughters, Caroline Carter (Bob) of Birmingham, AL, Charlotte Moses of Charleston, SC and Anna Marsh of Chattanooga; grandsons, John Robert Carter, Charlie Carter and Will Marsh; sister, Mitzi Culver of Birmingham, AL; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10:30 A.M. at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church with the Rev. Patricia M. Grace officiating.
Burial will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Parrish Hall of the church on Tuesday from
9:30 til the funeral hour at 10:30
The family ask that flowers please be omitted and memorials be made to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 901 W. Emery St., Dalton, Ga. 30720 or to one’s favorite charity.
