Lovel Williams

Mrs. Lovel Buchanan Williams, 90, of Dalton, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013.
She was the daughter of the late, Lawrence and Mary Alice McFall Buchanan and was preceded in death by her husband, J. I. Williams; son Jerry Williams; sisters, Doris Varner and Bernice Hunter; brothers, L.C. Buchanan and Randall Buchanan.
Lovel was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra Morgan Speer and George of Rocky Face; son, Rick Williams of Tunnel Hill; sisters and brother-in-law, Charlotte Reece of Ellijay, Phyllis Williams of Rocky Face and Bennie and Roy Roberts of Waco, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Winston and Sue Buchanan of Chatsworth; brother-in-law, Glen Varner and sister-in-law, Judy Buchanan both of Dalton, grandchildren, Lana Morgan Landreth and George of Tunnel Hill, Jamie Williams Hailey and Tom of Watkinsville, GA, Nikki Williams and Nathan Perry both of Dalton; great-grandchildren, Cody Landreth, Lula Hailey, Frank Hailey and Joseph Hailey; special family, Carol and Norman Perry of Dalton; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Bret Yaeger officiating.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m.
