Richard Earl Prater, Jr.

Mr. Richard Earl Prater, Jr., 59, of Resaca, GA., died Thursday, February 21, 2008 at Memorial Health Care System in Chattanooga, TN.
He was a member of the Dawnville United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Earl Prater, Sr. and Nellie B. Morgan Prater; sisters,
Oline Cooper Deaton and Joyce Marie Rackley.
Richard is survived by his children, Dereck and Damaris Prater of Plainville, GA.,
Tina and Randy Alexander of Cartersville, GA.; grandchildren, Hunter Prater, Tyler Doster and Drake Doster; brother, James Willard Prater of Lecanto, FL.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Margaret Ray Wilson of Resaca, Christine Stephens Hair, Betty and Ivan Carson all of Dalton, Cookie and Jim Elliott of Cleveland, TN.; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
Services will be Sunday at 2 P. M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Davis officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Love Funeral Home Saturday from 6 to
9 P. M.
