Bessie Bowen

Mrs. Bessie Logan Bowen, 83, of Dalton, died Monday, February 25, 2008 at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late Willie and Annie Logan and was preceded in death by her husband, William Frank Bowen; son, Michael Ray Bowen and her brother and sisters.
Bessie is survived by her children; Katherine L. Bowen, Ruthann and Allen Rowland, Racheal and Greg Rutledge all of Dalton, Carolyn Jane and Tony Warmack of Cohutta, Rickey J. Bowen, Doris E. Hester both of Chatsworth; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Thursday at 2:30 P. M. at the Open Door Light House with the Rev. Hershel Rogers and the Rev. James Smith officiating.
Burial will be in the Eton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday after 5 P. M. and continue until 1:30 on Thursday.
