Julia Freeman

Ms. Julia Barbara Freeman, 92, of Dalton, passed away Monday, February 11, 2013.
She was the daughter of the late, John and Lucille Fite Freeman and was preceded in death by her sisters, Johnnie Freeman Dempsey and Jimelle Freeman Holtzclaw; her companion for many years Margie Carson and nephews, Pat Dempesy and Roger Holtzclaw.
Julia was a member of Dalton First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sister Margaret Collins of Fayetteville, GA; niece Sharon Kennedy of Birmingham, AL; nephews, Jim Dempsey of Cohutta, Seth Osburn of Fayetteville, Larry Dempsey of Texas and Bill Holtzclaw of Helen, GA; many great-nieces and great-nephews.
At Julia's request, there will be no services and her body will be donated to Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta.
