Tramel King

Mr. Tramel King, 87, of Dalton, died Saturday, March 1, 2008 at Regency Park Healthcare Center.
He was a member of the Dalton First Baptist Church and was crowned King of Regency by the first floor on February 14, 2008.
Tramel was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Mansfield King in 2002.
He is survived by his daughter, Wylene King Maynard of Dalton; son, Gary King of Washington; grandchildren, Tonya Murray of Kennesaw, Bryan and Bernie Maynard of Dalton, Luke King of Texas and Skylar King of Oregon; great-grandchildren, Ashley Murray, Shannon Murray, Sterling Maynard and Cameron Maynard; sisters-in-law and their husbands, Louise and Ted Holt, Barbara and Tommy Stocks all of Dalton; nieces, nephews and all the staff and friends at Regency Park.
Services will be Monday at 2 P. M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Dr. Billy Nimmons officiating.
Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the Love Funeral Home immediately following the services.
The family request that flowers be omitted and memorials be made to the Dalton First Baptist Church Scrap-Iron Sunday school Class.
