Dora Cady

Mrs. Dora Wimpey Cady, 92, of Dalton passed away Tuesday February 26, 2013.
She was the daughter of the late Robert and Roda Boatright Wimpey and was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Marvin Cady; brothers and sister-in-law, Claude Wimpey and Clyde and Sue Wimpey; sister and brothers-in-law, Mamie and Carl Blackman, Willard Wells and a niece, Joyce Hackney.
Dora is survived by her sister, Lorene Wells of Dalton; nieces and nephews, Betty and Scott Anderson, Alan and Debbie Wells all of Dalton, Ray and Sammie Wimpey of Marietta, GA. and Calvin Blackmon and Karin Hall both of Bell Buckle, TN; great-nieces and nephews, Laura Cleary, Kate and Bart Rolen, Sarah and Tim Ward, Taylor Andersen, Christy and Ben Stanga, Pam and Erik Wells, Denise and John Howe, James Blackmon, Russell Hackney, Beau and Beth Wells; two very special great-great-nieces that she called her grandbabies, Andie Rolen and Mary Wells Rolen.
Memorial services will be Friday at 2 P.M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. John McDonald officiating.
Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Friday from 1 to 2 P.M.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorials be made to the First Baptist Church of Dalton, P.O. Box 827, Dalton, Ga. 30722-0827.
