Charles Richards

Mr. Charles Richards, 65, of Dalton, died Saturday October 8, 2005 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack B. Richards, Sr. in 1997 and Reba Mae Groves Richards in 1994.
He served in the Army as a paratrooper from March of 1959 until July of 1962. He co-owned and operated Richards Bros. Exxon with his brother from 1969 until 2001.
Charles is survived by his son, Brian Richards of Dalton.
Three grandchildren, Paul Joseph Richards, Andrew Richards both of Dalton and Alexandria Richards of Florida.
Sisters & brothers in-law, Lela Akins of Dalton, Polly & M.B. Cooper and Jean & Austin Carroll of Cohutta.
Brothers & sisters in-law, Jack, Jr. & Donna Richards and Jewell & Ellen Richards of Dalton.
Nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Bishop Vernon Youell and Rev. Roger Whorton officiating.
Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday at Love Funeral Home from 5 until 8 P.M.
