Roy E. Redwine

Mr. Roy E. Redwine, 90, of Dalton, passed away, Monday March 17, 2008 at his residence.
Roy was born in the heart of Redwine Cove to the late, Walter and Zula Stevens Redwine and was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine King Redwine; sisters and brothers-in-law, Vera Mae Redwine Vaughn and John Vaughn, Willena Redwine Gazaway and Tillman Gazaway.
Roy was founder and owner of the Country Shoppe for over forty years.
He is survived by his children, Charlotte Redwine, Wendell and Joyce Redwine all of Dalton.
grandchildren, Tammy and David McQuaig, Lisa and Tim Stanley, Wendy and Todd Bolden, Katie and Chris Cooper all of Dalton; great-grandchildren, Ryan and Britany McQuaig of Adairsville, Brock McQuaig, Brooke Stanley, Adam Stanley, Wes Bolden, Brody Bolden and Cole Cooper all of Dalton; great-great-grandchildren, Bailey McQuaig, Keaton McQuaig and Kayleigh McQuaig; special friends, Michael and Shelia Miracle of Dalton; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 3:30 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Parrish officiating. Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Wednesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
