Charles Rodney Stanley

Mr. Charles Rodney Stanley, 48, of the Redwine Cove Community, Dalton, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 28, 2008 at his residence.
He was a graduate of North Georgia Trade and Vocational School, where he earned a degree in Horticulture. He was the son of the late, Howard L. and Annie Laura Cook Stanley and was preceded in death by his sister, Laurene Stanley Miller. Rodney is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Ginger Ausmus Stanley of Dalton; daughter, Emily Hannah Stanley of Dalton; brother, Jeffery Howard Stanley of Dalton; brother-in-law, Steve Miller of Acworth; nieces and nephews, Chris Stanley, Andrew Miller, Benjamin Miller, Haley Stanley, David Miller and Paul Miller.
Services will be Thursday at 1 P. M. at the Center Point Baptist Church with the Rev. George Ross, the Rev. Steve Miller, the Rev. Todd Mitchell and the Rev. Scott Slaughter officiating.
Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens with Chris Stanley, Andrew Miller, Benjamin Miller, Harlan Lewallen, Timmy Stanley, Ricky Whitener, David Miller, Paul Miller, Brad Dixson and Brian Merrill serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the Love Funeral Home Wednesday after 5 P. M.
