Elsie Ashworth

Mrs. Elsie Lee Akines Ashworth, 88, of Big Canoe, GA, passed away Saturday July 13, 2013.
She was the daughter of the late, Roy and Ada Lee Peed Akines and was preceded in death by her husband, Jasper B. Ashworth; sister, Janice Akines; brother, William Akines and sister-in-law, Dee Ett Ashworth.
Elsie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints. She was always happy and Smiling. Elsie loved her grand-children more than anything, she also loved sewing, fishing and art work.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Carson and Elizabeth Ashworth of Alpharetta; brother-in-law, Wendell Ashworth of Dalton; grandchildren, Garrett Ashworth, Gavin Ashworth, Lance Ashworth and Stephanie Mavrikis; great-grandson, Kolton Ashworth; niece and nephew, Wendy Ashworth (Doug) Peters and Lane Ashworth.
Services will be held at a later date.
