Henry Grady Lance

Mr. Henry Grady Lance, 86, of Dalton, passed away, Monday May 19, 2008 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was the son of the late, Fate and Rosalee Allen Lance and was preceded in death by his wife, Madeline Cline Lance; sister, Gladys Lance; brother, McRae Lance.
Henry was a long standing and active member of the Hill City Baptist Church and the Hill City Masonic Lodge # 319.
He is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Grady and Marilyn Lance and Gary Lance all of Dalton; Sister, Velma Jo Stancill of Resaca; Brothers and sisters-in-law, Albert and Bonnie Lance of Dalton, Frank and Faye Lance of Resaca.
Special niece, Louise Long of Dalton; other nieces and nephews.
Services will be Thursday at 11 A. M. from the Hill City Baptist Church With the Dr. Carl Billue and Rev. Kenny Sheriff officiating.
Burial will follow in Redwine Cove Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites.
He will lie-in-state at the church from 10 A. M. to the funeral hour on Thursday.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5 to
9 P.M.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Hill City Baptist Church Building Fund, 1411 Hill City Rd., N. W. , Resaca, Ga. 30735.
