Eunice Fowler

Mrs. Eunice “Shorty” Phillips Fowler, 89, of Dalton, passed away Monday, May 26, 2008.
She was the daughter of the late, Thomas and Laura Phillips and was preceded in death by her husband, Howard L. Fowler, Sr.; daughter, Laura Fowler; sons, Howard L. “Buck” Fowler, Jr. and Ken Fowler; granddaughter, Leann Fowler; grandson, Sterlin Grimaldi; brothers, Doyle Phillips, Ted Phillips, Arnold Phillips and V. S. Phillips.
Shorty is survived by her children and their spouses, Tommy and Faye Fowler of Toccoa, GA., Pat and Danny Keller of Melbourne, FL., Gerry and Debbie Fowler of Macon, GA., Terry and Debbie Fowler of Palm Beach, FL., Lamar and Janean Fowler of Rocky Face, Judi and Ken Horschel of Rocky Face, Jean Fowler of Jacksonville, FL., William Fowler of Ellijay, GA.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Leoma and Jack Thompson, Peggy and Buddy Stewart all of Calhoun; sisters-in-law, Edith Phillips, Pat Phillips both of Calhoun, Maggie Phillips of Griffin, Ga and Evelyn Phillips of Summerville, SC.; nieces and nephews; special friend Phyllis Fountain.
Services will be Thursday at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Matt Evans officiating.
Burial will follow in Chandler Cemetery in Calhoun, GA.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Wednesday from 4 to 8 P.M.
