Juanita Swaney

Mrs. Juanita Dotson Swaney, 90, of Dalton passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013 at her granddaughter’s home.
She was the daughter of the late Edgar and Bonnie Phelps Roy and was preceded in death by her husbands, Albert Dotson of 50 years, Bill Bramblett and Clent Swaney; son, Timothy Dotson; brothers, Tommy Roy, J. R. Roy and sister, Nelda Smith.
She was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Ringgold and was an avid ballroom dancer and loved collecting dolls.
Juanita is survived by her granddaughter and spouse, Lesley and Michael Coffey of Ringgold; special grandchildren, Jeremiah Coffey, Hannah Coffey and Joshua Coffey; her children, Anita and Kenneth Hurley Bonaire, GA, Richard Dotson of Ft. Oglethorpe and Carol Norris of Ringgold; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 3:30 P.M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Chuck Harmon officiating.
Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive at Love Funeral Home on Saturday from noon to 3:30 P.M.
