Nellie Hendricks

Mrs. Nellie Nix Hendricks, 88, of Dalton, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late, William and Mary Burger Nix and was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Lee Hendricks; son-in-law, Gene Cook; daughter-in-law Marla Hendricks, one brother and two sisters.
Nellie is survived by her daughter, Frances Cook of Dalton; sons and daughter-in-law, Joe Hendricks of Chatsworth, Roy and Juanita Hendricks of Brunswick, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Malcolm and Evelyn Nix of Chatsworth; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. John Bagley and the Rev. Larry Marlin officiating. Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Wednesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
