Elizabeth Parrott

Mrs. Elizabeth Lingerfelt Parrott, 86, of Dalton passed away Monday, January 13, 2014 at Regency Park where she lived since 2007.
Elizabeth was a charter member of Trinty United Methodist Church where she was active in United Methodist Women, Seekers Sunday School Class, Keenagers, and Childrens Ministry. She loved her family and spending time with them during family get togethers.
Elizabeth was born March 13, 1927; daughter of the late John and Lula Reynolds.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Glenn Lingerfelt.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Herbert Parrott of Dalton; daughters and son in laws, Glenna and Jim Johnsen of Burmuda Run, NC, Judy and Steve Norris of Calhoun, Dana and Stan Easley of Dalton and Teena and Alan Haley of Dalton; son and daughter in law, Bruce and Cindy Parrott; Grandchildren, Rev. Jeff Johnsen, Greg Johnsen, Doug Johnsen, Eric Johnsen, Stephen Norris Jr., Julie Norris Crum, Jaime Easley, Shelly Easley Sloan, Shana Easley Peagler, Heath Haley, Hannah Haley Harrell, Ashley Parrott Gazaway, and Rhett Parrott; 25 great-grandchildren and several neices and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday at Noon in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Rev. Jeffrey Johnsen and Rev. Hoyt Jenkins officiating.
Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.
The family will recieve friends prior to the service at Love Funeral Home on Wednesday from 10 to 12 P.M.
