Annie Jordan

Mrs. Annie Marie Eaton Jordan, 81, of Dalton, passed away Friday, February 14, 2014 at Regency Park Health Care. She was the daughter of the late, Z. H. Eaton, Sr. and Linnie Cook Eaton and was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Jordan; sisters, Lennie Mae Slaughter and Evelyn Eaton; brothers, Obe Lee Eaton, Edward Eaton, Ray Eaton and Thomas C. Eaton. Annie was a member of Center Point Baptist Church were she was the Church Secretary for a number of years. She is survived by her sister, Virginia Gilbertson of Arizona; brothers, Vernon Eaton, Hill Eaton, Jr and Paul Eaton all of Dalton; nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. George Ross and the Rev. Matt Futch officiating. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Center Point Baptist Church, 416 Center Point Drive S. E., Dalton, GA 30721.
