Little Samuel Laurence Sucher, 2, of Cohutta, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Egleston Children's Hospital in Atlanta.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Laurence and Mary Sucher and Virginia Pullen; great-grandparents, Samuel Pullen, Sr., and Roy Kendrick.
Sam is survived by his parents, Dr. John and Tanja Sucher of Cohutta; grandparents, Samuel Pullen, Jr. of Dalton, Gregg and Judy Amos of Tunnel Hill; sisters and brothers, Elizabeth Sucher of Brooklyn, NY., James Sucher of Tempe, AZ., Jonathan Sucher of Tuscaloosa, AL., David Sucher of Tucson, AZ., Chandler Tate, Jacob Tate and Emma Sucher all of Cohutta; aunts and uncles, Abbi Pullen of Dalton, Josh and Tiffany Amos of Acworth, Mark and Linda Sucher of Greenville, SC., Sandy Sucher of Freeport, NY., Steve and Trish Sucher of Midland, GA, Tom and Cathy Pope of Pennsylvania; great-grandparents, Louise and Don Spencer of Chattanooga, G. W. and Ruth Hester of Tifton, Gussie Amos and Allene Pullen both of Dalton; cousins also survive.
A celebration of Samuel’s life will be held Sunday at 2 P.M. from the Dalton First Baptist Church with the Dr. Bill Wilson and the Rev. Janice Kiehm officiating. Gravside services will be held Sunday at 1 P.M. at Colonial Hills Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends in the Fellowship Hall immediately following the service.
