Billie Kemp

Mrs. Billie Bradford Kemp, 86, of Dalton passed away Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Regency Park. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Olma Young Bradford. Billie is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Andrea and Charles Runnels of Mentone, AL., and Suzi and Steve Simmons of Dalton; grandchildren, Kaitlin Sweeney, Reagan Sweeney, Logan Sweeney and great-granddaughter, Kylie.
