Clifton Ingle

Mr. Clifton Corban Ingle, 65, of Tunnel Hill passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the Hospice of Chattanooga.

He was born May 13, 1948 to the late James Thurman and Eula Mae Stokes Ingle and was preceded in death by his son, William Jacob Ingle; father-in-law, George Carl Whiteside; brother, Paul Ingle; sisters, Rose Ann Cline, Carolyn Caldwell, Nancy Adkins and brothers-in-law, Randy Long and Russell Cline.

Clifton is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Carleen Ingle of Tunnel Hill; daughters and son-in-law, Sarah and Madison Stamey of Cohutta and Katie Ingle of Tunnel Hill; granddaughter, Naomi Stamey; mother-in-law, Eileen Whiteside of Rocky Face; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Robert Peterson of Ft. McCoy, FL, and Sharon and Joe Smith of Gold Beach, OR; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Michael and Beverly Whiteside, Judy and David Clark, Peggy Long, Jean Ingle, Kendal Caldwell and Hubert Adkins; nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held at Eleventh Avenue Baptist Church on Saturday April 12, 2014 at 5 P.M. with the Rev. Ronald Guffey and the Rev. Roy Johnson officiating.

The family will receive friends at 4 P.M. at the church on Saturday.
