Mr. Anthony Glenn “Tony” Satterfield, 49, of Chatsworth, passed away Tuesday April 15, 2014.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lewis E. Hicks and Frances Hicks Seritt, Cecil Satterfield and Willie Mae Leonard.

Tony was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a loving, father, son, brother and uncle.

Tony was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church and loved old Cars.

He is survived by his son, Dallas Wayne Satterfield of Chatsworth; mother and step-father Mary and Jerry land of Dalton; father and step-mother, Bill and Renee Satterfield of Chatsworth; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tim and Cindy Land of Rocky Face, Danny and Jamie Young of Jacksonville, FL, sisters, Mandy Land of Dalton, Felicia Shepherd of Dalton, Krista and Aimee Satterfield of Chattanooga, TN, Kacey Satterfield and Blakley Satterfield both of Chatsworth; step-grandfather, Jack Seritt of Rocky Face; special brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Tina Shepherd; special friend, Red Wright of Ellijay; special niece, Maggie (Cody) Weeks; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Brandan Chastine and the Rev. Chas Bishop officiating.

Burial will follow in Murray Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Monday from 4 to 9 p.m.
