Larry Keith Masters

Mr. Larry Keith Masters, 65, of Dalton, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014 at his residence after a battle with cancer caused by his exposure to agent orange in the Vietnam War.

He was the son of the late, Curtis and Nilla Mae Miller Masters and was preceded in death by his brothers, Ivan Masters and Bill Maters.

Keith was a member of Dalton First Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army, he was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather.

Keith was a life long Georgia Bulldog fan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Janice Henderson Masters; daughter and son-in-law, Janna and Sean Pye all of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, Glenn and Lyndal Masters of Rocky Face; grandchildren, Sean Ford Pye and Lauren Elizabeth Pye; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Norma and McCoy Griffin and Linda Clark all of Tunnel Hill; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Paul and Gladys Henderson of Ringgold, Ron and Sue Henderson of Ooltewah, TN, Kendall and Nettie Henderson of Tunnel Hill, Doug and Carolyn Henderson of Cleveland, TN, Ronnie and Regina Correll of Cohutta, Don Henderson of Aiken, SC and Doris Masters of Dalton; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dalton First Baptist Church with Dr. Bill Ireland and the Rev. Phillip Cannon officiating. Burial will be in Mill Creek Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m.
