Mrs. Nell Belcher Miolen, 92, of Dalton went to be with her Lord, Tuesday, May 6, 2014. She passed at Hamilton Medical Center after a short illness.
Nell was the daughter of the late Jerry and Anna Smith of KY and was preceded in death by her husbands, Rev. Arlan Belcher, and Ken Miolen; brother, Roy Smith, Sr.; sisters, Effie Howard, Stella Howard, Hazel Hickey, and Helen Morgan; son, A.J. Belcher; grandson, Clay Belcher and great-granddaughter, Savannah Chase Belcher.
Her faith was Church of God and she worked as assistant manager at Big K and Wal Mart. She was also a Red Cross volunteer at Hamilton Medical Center.
Nell is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Jan Belcher of Cumming, GA, Bob and Lesa Belcher of Calhoun, and Pastor Curtis and Kaleen Belcher of Dalton; daughters and sons-in-law, Annell and Jim Bradfield of Rome, GA and Barbara and Nelson Llorens of Brooklyn, NY; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and another on the way, 6 great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by special friends, Virginia Cross, and Annette Stepp; neighbors, Bebe, Dale, and Heartsell; family friends and caregivers, Judy Tye and Sandra Gibson.

Nell also loved her friends and the staff at Ross Woods and Tranquility of Dalton as well as special doctors, Dr. Pilcher, Dr. Olsen, Dr. Nisar, Dr Mizner, Dr. Salerno and Dr. Knox. She was always the perfect patient.
Services for Nell will be Saturday at 3 pm in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Bishop J. Sean Belcher officiating.
Entombment will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Saturday from 11 am until 3 pm.
