Lawrence Parker

Mr. Lawrence Parker, 80, of Dalton,, died, Monday January 2, 2006 at his residence.
He was the son of the late, Glen and Ruby Roach Parker and was preceded in death by his sons, Larry Parker and Johnny Parker; sister Margaret Terry and brother, Lester Parker.
Lawrence was a veteran of WWII having served in the United States Navy.
He was a member of Happy Valley Baptist Church and was a long time employee of Smith and Green Construction.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Helen Hodges Parker of the residence.
Daughters and sons-in-law, Madaline Walker of Uniontown, AL., Linda and Ed Tuder of Rocky Face, Ann and Ken Bolden of Monroe, LA.
Son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Pam Parker of Ringgold.
10 Grandchildren 9 Great-Grandchildren.
Nieces and Nephews.
Services will be at 2 P.M. Thursday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Dr. Sam Palmer officiating.
Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Gardens in Ringgold, GA.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Wednesday from 3 to 8 P.M.
