Judy Ann Skidmore

Ms. Judy Ann Ellis Skidmore, 66, of the Carbondale Community passed away Sunday, October 19, 2014 at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late Dalton Ellis and Nina Jo McCullum Ellis and was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Ellis.
She was active with the Carbondale Homemakers and Community.
Judy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Mike Ralston of Chatsworth; son and daughter-in-law, Don and Tonya Skidmore of Lafayette; sister and brother-in-law, Etta Mae and Bob Dooley of Dalton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bobby and Dell Ellis of Chatsworth, Glenn and Teresa Ellis of Altoona, AL; 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. David Peeler officiating.
Burial will follow in Cove Methodist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Monday from 5 to 9 p.m.
The family asks that flowers please be omitted and memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105.
