Martha Bishop Ledford

Mrs. Martha Bishop Ledford, 76, of Dalton, died Sunday, October 26, 2008 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Ledford; father, Joe Bishop; nephew, Lamar Bailey; great-nephew, John Hanners.
Martha is survived by her mother, Mamie Cochran Bishop of Dalton; sisters and brother-in-law, Virginia and Henry Hanners of Jupiter, Fl. and Betty McPherson of Dalton; brother, Buck Bishop of Dalton; nephews, Terrell Bishop, Dewight Hanners and Wayne Hanners; nieces, Tammy Lopez, Patty Joyce, Gail Bradley, Mendy Rogers; great- nieces and great-nephews also survive.
Services will be 2 P.M. Wednesday in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Lawrence Murphy officiating.
Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Tuesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
