Virginia James

Mrs. Virginia Parsons James, 83, of Dalton died Tuesday, January 17, 2006.
She was the daughter of the O.W. Parsons and Bessie Robertson Parsons.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Zack Parsons and Ted Parsons, and a nephew, Neil Smith.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Gloria and James “Bear” Kennedy of Cohutta, Colleen and Kenneth Christol of Rocky Face.
Sister, Elsie Smith of Dalton.
Brothers and sisters-in-law, Ralph and Flossie Parsons of Dalton, Ollie and Ruby Parsons of South Carolina.
Grandsons, Greg Christol and Shane Christol both of Rocky Face.
Special nieces and nephews also survive.
Services will be Friday at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Gordon Delashmitt and Rev.(ret.) Tom Phipps officiating.
Burial will follow at Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Thursday from 5 to 9 PM.
